About UTIC

Our Mission:

Rooted in the understanding that learning occurs at or beyond the edges of personal comfort and bias, we design workshops and protocols that channel the inner courage critical to personal and community-wide growth, and the overall experience of leaders, educators and learners.

Our Vision:

To tangibly connect leaders, educators and students to the exhilaration inherent in lasting learning and growth. To model courage as a way of inspiring courage. To create and facilitate experiences to realize and capture the importance, reward and limitless possibilities of channeling and unleashing inner courage.
